There will be groups from St Cuthbert’s heading off this summer to New Wine United and Soul Survivor conferences!
In case you didn’t know about these fantastic opportunities, here’s a little bit of information about each of them…
New Wine exists to see local churches changing nations. For two weeks of the summer holidays, people from throughout England and across the world gather at the Royal Bath and West Showground in Shepton Mallet for United to celebrate all God has been doing and continues to do in the lives of so many today.
In each of the venues, the largest seating up to 7,000, there is a full programme of passionate worship, top-quality Bible teaching, prayer ministry, and the opportunity to get spiritually recharged.
Soul Survivor is aimed more a young people, and at their summer conferences there are exciting, age-appropriate activities and teaching programmes for children and youth, as well as fun for the whole family.
Every summer thousands of gather together across four events in Scotland, Stafford and Peterborough to worship God, learn what it means to live for Jesus in every area of our lives, to pray for one another, and to have loads of fun!
Each event lasts for five days and has two main meetings a day, plus seminars and lots of great venues so young people can hang out with their mates over a hot chocolate mountain, work up a sweat in the sports venue, watch a movie, or enjoy some live music.
We look forward to hearing from people from St Cuthbert’s at the end of the summer as they share what their experiences have been, and how they have encountered God through these conferences!
